Tracked Shipping
Every restoration ships with tracking. The tracking number appears in your portal as soon as the case ships.
Rush Available
Any case can be rushed. Digital cases received before noon are completed in 2 business days (arrival day + 2). Rush is billed at 1.5× the standard price.
Local Drop-Off
Southern California practices can drop off cases directly at our Fountain Valley facility for even faster turnaround.

Business days from case receipt. Shipping transit time is additional (typically 1-3 days depending on location).

Packaging Guide (Physical Impressions)
While we encourage digital case submission, we accept physical impressions for all case types. Follow these guidelines for safe shipping:
Disinfect
Disinfect all impressions and models before packaging per CDC guidelines.
Wrap Securely
Wrap impressions in moist paper towel and place in sealed zip-lock bags.
Cushion
Use bubble wrap or packing peanuts to prevent shifting during transit.
Include Lab Slip
Submit the case in your portal first, then print the lab slip it fills in for you and put it inside the box. No handwritten Rx needed.
